I lead the development of Sitely, a construction management tool that companies use to run their projects, purchases, stock and finances.

• Planned the product and how it works from day one, and took it to launch on 24 July 2026.
• Designed every screen in Figma, then built both the frontend and the backend.
• Wrote the core business logic, database models and APIs that connect all the modules.
• Set up login, user roles and permissions with Keycloak.
• Lead the development team and make the main technical decisions.
• 162+ companies have signed up so far, including vendors who work directly with the government.

I led the frontend of PlayPause, a live video review tool that creative teams use to share videos, give feedback and approve final cuts.

• Built the whole frontend with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Made the review screens: comments on exact frames, comparing versions and approvals.
• Built large video uploads and smooth streaming using Cloudflare CDN.
• Kept the app fast by finding and fixing performance problems.
• Worked with the backend team to plan the business logic and how the services fit together.
